Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup raspberry jam
1/2 cup rolled oats
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Mix flour, sugar, and oats in a bowl. Work in butter until crumbly.
Press half the dough into a 9×13-inch pan.
Spread raspberry jam evenly over the base.
Top with remaining dough, pressing gently to cover completely.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden. Cool, then cut into bars.
