Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold, cubed butter
6 tablespoons browned butter
3–4 ripe peaches, sliced
2 cups strawberries, halved
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Mix flour and salt; cut in cold butter until crumbly
Gradually blend in browned butter until dough forms
Press dough into 9-inch pie dish
Create lattice topping with remaining dough
In bowl, toss peaches, strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice
Fill crust with fruit mixture
Cover with lattice crust and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden
Notes
