Ingredients

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 cups grated zucchini (squeezed)
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk (non-dairy optional)
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease with oil
In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
