Ingredients
For the Base
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
For the Crunch
- 1/3 cup granola
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
For the Freshness
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 1 medium banana or apple, sliced
Optional Toppings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
1. Spoon 1/2 cup Greek yogurt into each glass or jar and smooth the surface.
2. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the yogurt and swirl gently.
3. Sprinkle granola into each cup.
4. Arrange mixed berries and banana slices on top of the granola.
5. Add another small dollop of yogurt and extra granola if desired.
6. Sprinkle chia seeds and cinnamon on top.
7. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
