Ingredients
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups eggnog
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a small bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg
In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy
Beat in eggs, then vanilla and eggnog
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Fold in white chocolate chips
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets
Bake for 9-11 minutes, until edges are golden
Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks
Notes
Chill dough for 30 minutes for thicker cookies
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days
Substitute eggnog with non-alcoholic spiced milk for a similar flavor profile
