Description

Tender enriched dough swirled with sweet white chocolate and juicy peaches, topped with a luscious glaze. A summer-inspired treat embodying warmth and vibrant flavors of ripe fruit.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup warm milk
2 large eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
12 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)


Instructions

Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, eggs, and warm milk. Knead in butter until smooth.
Let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Roll dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches). Spread melted butter over dough.
Mix peaches with 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup melted white chocolate.
Spread filling evenly over dough, sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips.
Roll up the dough tightly and slice into 16 rolls.
Place in greased 9×13-inch pan, let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden.
Cool, then mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over rolls.


Notes

Use room-temperature eggs for emulsification.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for added texture.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freeze unglazed rolls for up to 2 months; thaw and glaze before baking.
