A modern twist on classic s’mores, this chilled no-bake dessert layers rich chocolate pudding, creamy marshmallow fluff, and graham crackers. Light, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings or a cool treat at home.
Ingredients
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
2 cups whipped topping
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow fluff
12 graham cracker halves
Additional chocolate pudding mix for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the chocolate pudding with 2 cups milk according to the package instructions. Set aside.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft. Gradually mix in the marshmallow fluff until smooth and well-combined.
Layer the chocolate pudding in a 9×9 inch baking dish or individual serving containers.
Spoon the cream cheese and marshmallow fluff mixture over the pudding, spreading it evenly.
Place graham cracker halves on top, pressing them gently into the cream cheese layer.
Optional: drizzle additional chocolate pudding over the graham crackers for a richer finish.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute the cream cheese with a non-dairy whipped topping.
Feel free to customize with other toppings like mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers for texture.
