Ingredients
2 cups gluten-free flour blend

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon red food coloring gel
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (halal-certified)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large bowl, whisk gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and red food coloring until smooth
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
Add egg, buttermilk, and vanilla extract; mix until fully combined
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated
Fold in white chocolate chips
Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoon portions onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper
