Ingredients
7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
6 cups mini marshmallows
1½ cups milk chocolate chips
5 tablespoons salted butter
¼ cup light corn syrup
(or ¼ cup sugar + 1 tbsp water if corn syrup unavailable)
Instructions
Prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan by lining with parchment paper or spraying with nonstick oil
Combine 5 cups mini marshmallows with milk chocolate chips and butter in a large bowl
Pour light corn syrup over the mixture and stir until fully coated
Fold in remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows and 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan
Chill for 30 minutes until set
Cut into 24 bars
Notes
Freeze mini marshmallows 10 minutes for a cleaner layer
Use 85% cocoa chocolate chips for rich flavor
Substitute vegan butter and marshmallows for dairy-free version
