Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
Add sugar and softened butter, creaming until light and fluffy
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract
Fold in chopped cranberries and white chocolate chips
Spread batter evenly into prepared pan
Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Cool completely before cutting into 24 bars
