Description

A vibrant, no-alcohol version of Italian tiramisu using fresh raspberries. Creamy mascarpone layers with bright raspberry syrup-soaked ladyfingers, blending tangy and sweet flavors in a casual yet elegant dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

200g mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 dozen ladyfingers (savoiardi)
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Whip 1 cup heavy cream with 3/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Mix in 200g mascarpone cheese until smooth and well combined.
Prepare raspberry syrup by mashing 1 cup raspberries and straining into 1/2 cup liquid. Add 3/4 cup sugar and water; heat gently until syrup thickens.
Dip ladyfingers briefly into syrup to coat both sides.
Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish, cover with mascarpone cream, and repeat.
Top final layer with remaining cream and raspberries.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve chilled, optionally dusted with remaining powdered sugar.

Notes

Substitute syrup with a blend of frozen raspberries and sugar for consistency. Use halal-certified ingredients if needed. Tastes best the next day.
