Ingredients
24 chocolate sandwich cookies (e.g., Oreos)
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
2 cups softened cream cheese
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups chocolate pudding mix
2 1/4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Crush chocolate cookies in a food processor or with a rolling pin.
2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until damp, sticky sand-like texture.
3. Press mixture firmly into a 9×13-inch pan using a flat object.
4. Spread first layer of cream cheese mixture over crust.
5. Add second layer of pudding mixture.
6. Repeat layers (crust base → cream cheese → pudding) to create a total of 3-4 layers.
7. Top with whipped cream.
8. Chill for 4-6 hours before slicing.
