Ingredients
2 cups crushed salted pretzels
1/2 cup (1 stick) softened unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 oz (2 cups) cream cheese, softened
1 cup smooth peanut butter (no artificial sweeteners)
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
2 packages (7.2 oz each) chocolate instant pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
Crumble pretzels into fine pieces using a food processor or large resealable bag and rolling pin
In a large bowl, mix pretzel crumbs with softened butter, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt
Press the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish, creating a firm base. Chill for 10 minutes to firm up
In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth
Spread peanut butter mixture over the chilled pretzel crust and refrigerate for 15 minutes
Blend chocolate instant pudding mix with milk according to package instructions, then spoon or pour over the peanut butter layer
Refrigerate pie for at least 2 hours before slicing. Top with marshmallow fluff or whipped cream just before serving
