Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
16 oz (about 2 cups) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups heavy cream (chilled)
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
4–5 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl until crumbly.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
Gradually whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Spread the cream filling over the chilled crust.
Top generously with sliced strawberries.
