Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar (for crust)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar (for filling)
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup sugar (for syrup)
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar (for topping)
½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar in a bowl.
Press into a 9×13-inch dish, refrigerate 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, ½ cup sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
Spread half the cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
Toss strawberries with ½ cup sugar and cornstarch; spread atop cream cheese.
Top with remaining cream cheese layer.
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Spread whipped cream top layer, smoothing surface.
Chill 4 hours or overnight before slicing.
