Description
A delightful no-bake dessert with fresh strawberries, creamy filling, and soft layers of ladyfingers or graham crackers, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped topping
- 1 package (9 oz) ladyfinger cookies or graham crackers
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
3. Stir vanilla extract into the milk.
4. In a glass dish, layer ladyfingers or graham crackers on the bottom and drizzle with the vanilla milk.
5. Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture over the cookies, followed by a layer of fresh strawberries.
6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
8. Garnish with additional strawberries before serving.
