Description
A whimsical blend of cinnamon roll dough and peach cobbler flavors, filled with spiced peach pockets and topped with cream cheese frosting. Perfect for dessert or brunch.
Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup warm milk
1/4 cup warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup fresh peach slices (blended)
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup cream cheese frosting (powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, vanilla)
0.5 cup chopped walnuts (optional, for topping)
Instructions
Mix flour, warm milk/water, yeast, brown sugar, butter, salt, and eggs until smooth
Knead dough on floured surface until elastic
Let rise 1 hour
Roll into rectangle, spread with cinnamon sugar and peach mixture
Roll up dough, cut into 12 rolls
Place in greased pan, let rise 30 minutes
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes
Cool slightly, frost with cream cheese glaze
Notes
Use fresh ripe peaches for best flavor
Gluten-free option: substitute flour blend
