Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberry pieces
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line baking sheets with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt
In a large bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth
Add brown sugar and vanilla; beat until fluffy
Mix in egg until fully incorporated
Gradually add flour mixture, beating until just combined
Fold in graham cracker crumbs, white chocolate chips, and freeze-dried strawberries
Scoop 1 1/2-inch balls of dough, spacing 2 inches apart on prepared sheets
Bake 10–12 minutes until golden around edges but still soft in centers
Let cool on sheets 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries (available in grocery stores) for concentrated flavor
Store in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days
Cookie dough can be frozen before baking; thaw for 20 minutes before baking
