A no-bake layered dessert with chocolate pudding, whipped cream, and fresh raspberries over a graham cracker base. Perfect for gatherings or cozy evenings with a balance of sweet, tangy, and rich flavors.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted unsalted butter
1 (3.4 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into a 9×13-inch pan.
In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk, whisking until thickened (about 2-3 minutes). Spread a layer over the crust.
In a separate bowl, whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread half of the whipped cream over the pudding layer.
Evenly distribute half the raspberries across the whipped cream layer.
Repeat with another layer of pudding, remaining whipped cream, and remaining raspberries.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use certified gluten-free graham crackers.
Top with additional fresh raspberries before serving.
Store refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
